How are au pair agencies different?

I was recently talking with another new area director and she asked why our agency was different from other agencies.  Here's one difference that I think is very important.  AuPairCare has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.  What does that mean?  I googled it to get the answer and here's what I found:  The grade represents BBB's degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns filed with BBB. 

Now, I challenge you to ask the other agencies their rating.  If you don't receive a satisfactory answer, chances are their rating isn't very good.  I think that speaks volumes for AuPairCare and I am happy to be working for a company that earns this rating.
