As an area director, I often make suggestions for au pairs that are
looking for ways to entertain, teach, and interact with their host
children. It is one of my favorite parts of being an area director.
As January marches on, many of us are ready for the cold weather and
time spent indoors. I was thinking of things to suggest for my au
pairs to do with their host children and was looking into January
crafts, January kids food, and January activities. As I signed into my
Facebook, a cute post from one of my au pairs popped up.
I was excited to see an example of what she was doing with her host
children and reminded again of the dedication many au pairs have to
those in their care.
